Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management for ITSM/ServiceNow implementations.
- End-to-end project management experience on large-scale IT projects.
- Ability to lead and guide project teams and clients through complex delivery programmes.
- Experience managing project schedules, risk management, and KPI calculation & tracking.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — desired.
- SCRUM Master or PMP certification — a strong plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies — strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English — required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships through clear expectations, regular updates, and decisive issue resolution.
- Lead key client meetings ensuring stakeholders are engaged and objectives are met.
- Ensure delivery methodology and tools enable project visibility and progress tracking.
- Prepare and deliver executive summary reports covering milestones, plans, risks, actions, and decisions.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer with Trainers, BPCs, and Customer PMs for effective training.
- Keep stakeholders informed according to their level of responsibility throughout the engagement.
- Facilitate sales-to-delivery transition ensuring services team understands client needs and value proposition.
- Transform SOW commitments into a clear, actionable project plan.
- Collaborate with services team to manage schedules and ensure on-time deliverables.
- Lead pre/post go-live activities, coordinating communication and motivating the team.

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management for large-scale IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow implementations
- Experience managing application development projects end to end
- Proven ability to lead and guide project teams and clients through complex delivery programmes
- Experience managing project schedules, risk management, and KPI calculation and tracking

- Lead key client meetings ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, agendas are completed, and communication objectives are achieved
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the delivery methodology and all tools in place for project visibility and progress tracking
- Prepare and deliver timely executive summary reports covering milestones, project plans, risks, action items, decisions, issues, and change orders
- Coordinate knowledge transfer processes with Trainers, BPCs, and Customer Project Managers to ensure all training activities are executed effectively
- Keep stakeholders engaged according to their level of responsibility, ensuring they are consulted and informed throughout the engagement
- Facilitate the sales-to-delivery transition by ensuring the services team fully understands client needs, their business context, and how the value proposition fits their expectations
- Transform all deliverables, milestones, risks, assumptions, and success factors defined in the SOW into a clear, actionable project plan
- Work closely with the services team to manage project schedules and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and in line with client requirements
- Lead pre and post go-live preparation activities, coordinating stakeholder communication and motivating the team through the go-live milestone
