Dexcom Spain is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for professional, technical and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR partners, lead intake discussions and leverage market insights to influence decisions. Build multilingual talent pipelines and ensure inclusive candidate experiences.
You will work with ATS/CRM and AI-enabled tools while maintaining privacy. A flexible hybrid workplace and global growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of related recruitment experience.
- Fluent in English, Spanish and French; able to recruit across EMEA.
- Strong experience with passive sourcing and talent intelligence.
- Proficient with ATS/CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
