Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Engineer I, Services, E2E Solution Business Analyst to align country IT landscapes with the target E2E solution and ensure digital readiness for the transformation portfolio. You will coordinate a portfolio of 50+ active projects yearly, across geographies, focusing on Offer, Pricing, Quotation, and Execution.

Qualifications

• Business or Engineering degree.
• 5+ years in Digital delivery and/or Program/Project Management.
• Strong foundations on ERP technologies (SAP & Oracle) and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of CPQ and Service Execution platforms (Oracle, Salesforce).
• Business Analyst experience preferred.
• Track record in large-scale digital transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of Services Business and UNIFY transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Converge country IT landscape toward the target E2E solution.
• Accelerate Services Transformation Portfolio with 50+ active projects per year.
• Scope: Offer, Pricing, Quotation, Execution.
• Perform as-is assessment / gap analysis and propose resolution actions.
• Propose functional/technical alternatives to manage requests and reduce complexity.
• Bridge between country requests and digital build as E2E solution coordinator.
• Funnel enhancement requests to Line of Business / Digital capabilities.
• Contribute to digital build roadmap & governance and participate in governance meetings.
