Schneider Electric is seeking a proactive Digital Grid PMO Project Manager to lead complex IT projects across worldwide customers. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of ADMS, ArcFM GIS, and SCADA software suites, balancing cost, schedule and quality while coordinating multi-country teams.

You will drive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and contract governance, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in Electrical/Automation/Computing.
• Advanced English (spoken/written) is required; Spanish (basic) noted.
• Strong project-management experience in software deliveries for electrical utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale customer projects within the Digital Grid PMO.
• Manage project team across lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Identify and mitigate execution risks; manage claims and variations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; primary customer contact.
• Ensure profitability, forecasting, and timely revenue recognition.
• Monitor budget vs. progress; drive margin improvements.
• Ensure contract compliance and formal change control.
• Report project status to management; surface risks early.
• Uphold Schneider Electric safety standards during execution.
• Conduct lessons learned with cross-functional teams.
