Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced Digital Tools Governance & Portfolio Management Lead to oversee a global portfolio of digital tools and applications. You will interface between business needs and digital solutions, driving governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives across regions and functions.

You will gather, structure, and translate requirements, develop business cases, and create dashboards and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, digital transformation, governance, portfolio management, or process improvement.
Ability to analyse business processes, capture and structure requirements, and translate needs into solutions.
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder management.
Experience analysing data, developing reports and dashboards, and translating insights into recommendations.
Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, requirement-gathering, and cross-functional discussions.
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with process mapping, requirements management, user stories/use cases, or business-case development.
Experience supporting governance, compliance, digital transformation, ERP, or large-scale initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a global portfolio of digital tools and applications with governance.
Drive governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management across teams.
Act as a Business Analyst, gathering and translating business needs into requirements.
Analyse business processes to identify simplification, standardization, automation opportunities.
Support prioritization and business-case development for digital initiatives.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
Support digital transformation and enterprise integration, coordinating readiness and adoption.
Contribute to ERP and transformation programs ensuring tool readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives.
