Array Technologies, a leading solar energy solutions provider, seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to drive growth with EPCs, IPPs, developers, and financial institutions. You will translate customer needs into winning proposals and strategic plans, enabling solutions that differentiate our products in the market.

You will own major customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead complex RFQ responses while guiding proposals that protect market share and add value

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales with a superior sales track record working with customers on a proactive and positive basis to solve their problems and complete transactions.
• 3+ years hands on computer experience with email, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Word
• Excellent written, presentation and conversational skills

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen customer relationships through a deeper understanding of their business objectives and how Array can support them
• Create and manage annual sales plans for our largest customers
• Help customers, contractors, and industry players understand what makes our products different and better
• Proactively learn upcoming customer activities and projects
• Understand in depth each prospective customer’s concerns and decision variables
• Lead RFQ responses and close sales
• Define and develop proposals which maintain or enhance market share
• Help address particularly challenging customer requirements or field issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
