UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior DevOps to join a remote role in Spain, collaborating with developers, information security, audit, risk, and control teams. You will design, build, and evolve DevOps platform capabilities, provide third-line support, and drive automation across CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and AI-assisted tooling.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Strong experience with DevOps platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments with audit and governance expectations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted DevOps tooling and RBAC governance.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud and build agents, policy enforcement, and audit logging.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and evolve DevOps platform capabilities in direct partnership with developers, citizen developers, and control functions.
• Provide third-line support for CI/CD platforms, build agents, and self-hosted tooling.
• Represent operational, security, audit, and risk requirements as first‑class design inputs.
• Drive automation, reliability, and continuous delivery practices.
• Facilitate consensus across communities with differing priorities, proposing pragmatic, risk‑aware solutions.
• Design and operate AI assisted DevOps capabilities such as AI supported CI/CD, testing, quality, and operational automation.
• Ensure AI enabled solutions are transparent, explainable, secure, and auditable.
• Apply emerging AI capabilities pragmatically, aligned to enterprise policy and risk appetite.
• Strong experience with DevOps platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Demonstrable experience working directly with developers and control functions as design partners.
