Jobgether is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (SecOps) to own security operations for a partner in Spain. The role focuses on building scalable SecOps, SIEM/log management, and detection across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will lead incident response, automate security workflows, and collaborate with engineering, IT, compliance, and leadership to strengthen the organization's security posture. Remote-ready with strong autonomy.

Formación

• 5+ years in Security Operations or a related cybersecurity role.
• Experience implementing and optimizing SIEM and log management.
• Hands-on with cloud and infrastructure security logs and monitoring.
• Proven ability to design detection rules and alerting strategies.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and establish a centralized Security Operations model with incident workflows and post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain SIEM and log management capabilities with centralized log collection and access controls.
• Develop and improve detection rules and alerting across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, databases, and endpoints.
• Lead incident response activities including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Automate security processes such as alert enrichment and incident notifications.
• Collaborate with IT/infrastructure to strengthen endpoint security and deployment controls.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and governance teams on logging strategies and policy development.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of monitoring capabilities and cyber resilience.
