Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior DevOps to contribute to a banking-sector project. The role focuses on supporting, improving, and modernising the DevOps Toolchain, delivering secure and auditable capabilities for a wide range of users.

This position emphasizes collaboration with developers, citizen developers, information security, audit, risk, compliance, and platform teams. The work is 100% remote within Spain and requires English at C1 level.

Qualifications

• +10 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Strong experience with DevOps platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Proven ability to partner with developers, information security, audit, risk and compliance teams.
• Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments with audit and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve DevOps platform capabilities in partnership with developers and control functions.
• Provide third-line support for CI/CD platforms, build agents, and self-hosted tooling.
• Represent operational, security, audit, and risk requirements in designs.
• Drive automation, reliability, and continuous delivery practices.
• Facilitate consensus across communities with differing priorities and risks.
• Design and operate AI-assisted DevOps capabilities such as AI-enabled CI/CD and testing.
• Ensure AI-enabled solutions are transparent, secure, and auditable.
