Jobgether is seeking a DevOps + Go Platform Engineer based in Spain to design and evolve an internal platform and CI/CD ecosystem. You will work across Kubernetes environments, on‑premise systems, Windows/Hyper‑V, and cloud/hybrid deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Formación

• 3–5 years of senior DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Experience deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting on‑premise infrastructure.
• Hands-on with major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Recent production Go experience with tools, exporters, automation, or backend services.
• Strong Kubernetes experience.
• Solid knowledge of GitLab CI/CD.
• Proficient Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Observability tooling: Grafana, OpenSearch/ELK, Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics.
• Willingness to work with legacy systems including Windows environments (Windows Server, Hyper‑V, PowerShell).
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive from discovery to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Support and improve infrastructure across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop, maintain, and refactor internal platform tools in Go, incl. a next-gen deployment system.
• Investigate environments to identify weaknesses and bottlenecks, implementing measurable improvements.
• Optimize staging and EPHEMERAL environments for performance and cost.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strengthen observability with Grafana, OpenSearch, metrics, monitoring, and alerts.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting as part of a team.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, SRE, and infra teams to improve developer workflows.
• Work across modern stacks and legacy Windows environments.
