Job summary

BLP Digital AG in London/Europe seeks an experienced backend software engineer to build and run the core services behind our platform. You’ll own APIs, persistence, and cross-tenant capabilities, operating in a large Go codebase with a React frontend.

Join the Platform Team of about 10 engineers, collaborating with product and infrastructure to ship end-to-end—from Go services to production UI—while expanding capabilities for email, provisioning, and analytics. Ownership starts on day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with backend leadership.
• 2+ years of professional Go experience in production systems.
• Experience designing backend services and APIs that scale.

Responsibilities

• Build the core APIs behind document processing, workflows, admin, and analytics.
• Own the persistence layer with tenant-scoped data isolation in MySQL.
• Scale for large enterprises with cross-tenant capabilities and multi-tenant security.
• Own email services for ingestion and outbound messaging with audit UI.
• Make setup self-service via SSO, SCIM, and admin UIs.
• Collaborate with customers during onboarding and translate learnings into tooling.
• Own the end-to-end flow from Go service to frontend production with observability.
