Jobgether, based in Spain, is seeking a Senior+ Full-Stack Engineer to build a developer infrastructure platform enabling AI applications to connect with external APIs. You will own features from design to deployment across backend, APIs, runtime, and frontend, while collaborating with customers in a remote-first startup.

Role emphasizes autonomy, open-source collaboration, and a strong focus on developer experience, with opportunities to influence architecture and roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering at senior level or above.
• Strong TypeScript skills across stack: Node.js and React.
• Ownership mindset: from concept to release with customer impact.
• Product-oriented approach with focus on customer problems.
• Excellent communication in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across backend, APIs, dashboards, and developer interfaces.
• Create tools for AI agents to interact with external services (APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP integrations).
• Engage with customers to understand integration needs and translate to specs.
• Own features end-to-end: discovery, architecture, development, testing, deployment, optimization.
• Maintain scalable, high-performance systems as adoption grows.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
