Job summary

CoachHub - The digital coaching platform is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a small autonomous team within our Infrastructure, Data and QA group. You will maintain a stable AWS/Kubernetes platform, implement IaC, and automate release processes to empower engineering teams to ship features with confidence.

This remote role from Spain or Germany offers proactive, no-on-call operations, strong security practices, and collaboration with our Data team in Spain and QA in Berlin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on AWS and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with IaC, Terraform/OpenTofu and Terraform tooling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Security best practices in cloud environments.
• Observability, monitoring and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and development tooling.
• Automate release processes for safe, smooth deployments.
• Manage infrastructure as code and cluster upgrades.
• Collaborate with security, data, and QA teams to improve reliability.
• Monitor production and resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Plan infra work, tool requests, and cross-team priorities.
