UST is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Spain to lead global accounts with end-to-end delivery responsibility. You will manage governance, financials, and stakeholder relationships across multi-service, distributed delivery environments.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and English proficiency, with occasional travel within Europe, the US, and India. Join a Top Employer and Great Place to Work certified group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of IT Services Delivery, Account Operations, Programme Management, Service Management, or similar client-facing delivery roles.
• Experience managing complex accounts, portfolios, projects, or managed services.
• Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, cost control, margin management, and variance analysis.
• Experience coordinating billing processes, revenue recognition, invoicing readiness, PO, and timesheet compliance.
• Solid delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, escalation management, and change control.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the operational delivery of projects and services within assigned accounts.
• Ensure commitments, service levels, milestones, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, including delivery reviews, operational meetings, action tracking, and escalation management.
• Own financial reporting activities, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Coordinate revenue recognition, billing milestones, purchase orders, timesheets, and invoicing readiness.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and margins, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage resource demand, capacity planning, staffing needs, onboarding, and workforce optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs), contractual obligations, SLAs, and change requests.
• Act as the primary operational delivery contact for client stakeholders.
• Drive process compliance, reporting accuracy, and data quality across delivery and corporate systems.
• Identify operational improvements that enhance predictability, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Procurement, and Delivery teams.
• Proactively identify client needs and business opportunities, supporting unsolicited proposals and value-added initiatives.
• Advocate for the use of AI and automation to improve delivery operations, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Global Accounts division in Spain, supporting strategic international clients operating in complex, multi-service, and distributed delivery environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader with strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale accounts while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.

• Experience coordinating billing processes, revenue recognition, invoicing readiness, purchase orders, and timesheet compliance.
• Solid understanding of delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, escalation management, and change control.
• Experience working with Statements of Work, contracts, service levels, and commercial commitments.
• Experience leading international, distributed, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform operational and financial data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Availability for occasional travel within Europe, the United States, and India.
• Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent.
• Experience managing account P&Ls and portfolio reporting.
• Experience in service transition programs or multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Proven track record of improving reporting, controls, forecasting, and operational processes through automation and standardization.
