UST España & Latam in Madrid is seeking an IT Service Owner (.NET) to take end-to-end ownership of critical services in a strategic project for a leading wealth management client. Hybrid setup with three days in the office in Madrid city center.

You will design and maintain scalable enterprise apps using .NET, APIs, and SQL, collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive service continuity and improvements.

Formación

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer with .NET Core/.NET Framework, REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience with incident, change, and release management in enterprise environments.
• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a strong plus.
• English is required; Spanish desirable.

• Build and enhance modern web applications and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Collaborate on platform migrations and modernization projects.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner (.NET) to join a strategic project for a leading global wealth management client. The ideal candidate will combine a solid software engineering background with strong IT operations and service management expertise, taking end-to-end ownership of business-critical services, ensuring operational excellence, governance compliance, service continuity, and successful delivery of changes across the application lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.

Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Build and enhance modern web applications and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate on exciting initiatives, including new developments, platform migrations, and modernization projects.
• Support application operations, incident resolution, change management, and continuous service improvements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the operation, support, and evolution of critical IT services within a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer working with .NET Core/.NET Framework, Entity Framework, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Front-end development experience with Angular and/or React.
• Experience with incident, change, and release management processes within complex enterprise environments.
• Background in financial services, banking, or insurance is a strong plus.
• A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders.

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
