UST is seeking a Senior Presales / Solutions Specialist to join our International Division in Madrid, Spain (Flexible Hybrid Model: 2 days onsite).

In this role, you will bridge client needs, business goals, and our internal Centers of Excellence, leading the creation of strategic, innovative, and winning solutions for global clients. If you combine strong technical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and a passion for value-driven proposals, we'd love to hear from you.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Sales Support, or similar roles within large organizations.
• Proven track record leading and contributing to successful proposals and RFP responses valued at €3M+.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent German.
• Experience with AI-driven capabilities in enterprise solutions and transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMI, ITIL, Cloud, AI or other relevant technology credentials.
• Experience with international clients and distributed global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with engagement at Director, VP, and C-Level levels.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits under demanding deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the design of tailored end-to-end solutions that address client business and technology challenges.
• Drive the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses, aligning contributions from Technology, Delivery, Legal, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to identify opportunities and proactively design value-added solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during client meetings, workshops, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain reusable proposal assets, case studies, knowledge repositories, and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to strengthen proposal strategies.
• Champion AI innovation by incorporating AI-enabled capabilities and future-ready approaches into solution designs.
• Manage multiple strategic pursuits simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Experience working with international clients and distributed global teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with Director, VP, and C-Level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits under demanding deadlines.
• Availability for occasional international travel (primarily within Europe, the US, and India).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent German.
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMI, ITIL, Cloud certifications, AI certifications, or other relevant technology credentials.
• Experience incorporating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise solutions and transformation initiatives.
