UST, a multinational tech services provider, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to bolster application modernization, deployment automation, and production operations in Madrid. The role requires hands-on work with CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS, and platform engineering, with on-site presence three days a week.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps or SRE, strong GitLab and container tooling experience, and English proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on in CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS and platform engineering.
• Experience with GitLab, Docker, Helm, and container registries.
• Strong English and willingness to work at client offices in Madrid 3 days/week.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and operate workloads on AKS and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage container platforms, registries (Nexus, Harbor) and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Support production incidents, performance tuning, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.

What we look for?

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, AKS, and Platform Engineering to support application modernization, deployment automation, and production operations.

Required to go to the client's offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.

High english level is required.

• Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Deploy and operate workloads on AKS and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage container platforms, registries (Nexus, Harbor) and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot services using Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Support production incidents, performance tuning, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.
• +5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong experience with GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, AKS, Nexus, and Harbor.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, and production support.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.

Nice to have

• Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Azure networking and identity services.
• Python scripting.
• Java/Spring Boot operational experience.
