Huawei is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic market penetration and revenue growth of Datacom and IP network solutions across telecom operators. You will build a scalable sales pipeline and coordinate with cross-functional teams to win long-term deployments.

The role requires deep telecom knowledge, hands-on expertise with SRv6, EVPN, BGP, MPLS and network slicing, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value when engaging operators.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of proven product management experience directly engaging telecom operators/ISPs on backbone, metro networks or large-scale cloud-network.
• Deep technical mastery of routing and carrier networking concepts, SRv6, EVPN, BGP, MPLS, and network slicing.
• Experience with top-tier telecom vendors or operator network planning teams is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and responsibility.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into clear customer value.

Job objective

Drive the strategic market penetration, commercial expansion, and revenue growth of our Datacom & IP network solutions across targeted telecom operators. The primary goal is to build a scalable sales pipeline and securing long-term market share.

Main Tasks

• Operator Strategy & GTM Execution: Formulate and execute operator-centric go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive the adoption of IP/Datacom solution (Core & Aggregation Routers, Datacenter& Campus Switches, SRv6 solution) across leading telecom operators.
• High-End Technical Engagement & PoC: Directly engage in high-level technical exchanges, and architecture alignment with senior experts from leading telecom operators; lead solution-oriented bidding strategies and complex Proof of Concept (PoC) testing to establish direct, authoritative technical alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven product management experience directly engaging telecom operators/ISPs on carrier telecom backbone, metro networks or large-scale cloud-network.
• Telecom Industry Understanding: Deep technical mastery of advanced routing and carrier networking protocols, with hands-on expertise and deep understanding of SRv6, EVPN, BGP, MPLS, and network slicing technologies.
• Direct experience in top-tier telecom vendors or network planning departments of major telecom operators is highly preferred.
• Skills: Expert-Level Communication, friendly, flexible, and responsible person.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technical product concepts, translating technology languages into clear customer commercial values.
