Huawei is seeking ambitious Fresh Graduates in Telecommunications Engineering to join the Network Maintenance (AMS) department in Spain. You will gain hands-on experience with large-scale operator networks, participate in incident management, monitoring, and the development of intelligent systems.

The role emphasizes growth within Huawei’s Network Operations and Maintenance domain, with mentorship and structured development for early-career engineers. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Network Operations: understand AMS structure and Spain networks.
• NOC Support: incident management, network supervision and monitoring tasks.
• Intelligent Systems: contribute to NeON project developments and maintenance.
• Incident Management: assist troubleshooting of simple technical issues.
• Service Product Development: develop competencies in service delivery.
• Testing & Validation: execute tests and validate service requirements.
• Project Delivery: assist in documentation and delivery tasks.
• Continuous Learning: apply best practices in network maintenance.

Junior Network Maintenance Engineer – Fresh Graduate Program

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and high‑potential Fresh Graduates in Telecommunications Engineering (Class of 2025 or 2026) to join our Network Maintenance (AMS) Department. This role is designed for young talent eager to grow within Huawei, gain hands‑on experience with large‑scale operator networks in Spain, and develop strong technical and operational capabilities in network maintenance and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Operations — Understand how AMS operates and how major telecom networks in Spain are structured (layers, equipment, services).
• NOC Support — Participate in NOC activities including incident management, network supervision, and monitoring tasks.
• Intelligent Systems — Contribute to the development and maintenance of intelligent systems within the NeON project.
• Incident Management — Support troubleshooting of simple technical issues related to single‑product services.
• Service Product Development — Acquire competencies in service product development and operational delivery.
• Testing & Validation — Practice test execution, case analysis, and service requirement validation.
• Project Delivery — Collaborate in project delivery tasks and documentation management.
• Continuous Learning — Learn and apply best practices in network maintenance and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering (graduated in 2025 or 2026).
• Up to 1 year of experience (internships or junior roles welcome).
• Strong interest in network operations, maintenance, and intelligent systems.
• Solid understanding of telecom fundamentals (network layers, protocols, equipment).
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
• Ability to work in dynamic, technical environments with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
