Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Madrid to drive customer success in cybersecurity post-sales. You will resolve complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, plan upgrades, and deliver tailored guidance to ensure customers maintain strong security postures.

You will engage cross-functional teams, document findings, and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders while traveling as needed to customer sites for critical issue resolution.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience.
• Expertise in TCP/IP and advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting Remote Access VPN solutions including IPsec, PKI & SSL.
• Independently debug complex networks across OSI layers with mixed media and protocols.
• Knowledge of TCP/UDP, SNMP, IPv6, VLSM, CIDR, NAT (Static, Dynamic, PAT).
• Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and GNS3.
• Strong grasp of authentication protocols LDAP, TACACS+, Radius.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert-level technical assistance to top-tier customers with in-depth troubleshooting and best-practice implementation.
• Own support cases end-to-end, including multi-vendor fault isolation and root-cause analysis with thorough documentation.
• Communicate technical solutions to both technical and executive stakeholders to foster trust.
• Collaborate with Account, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and account reviews with proactive risk mitigation.
