Palo Alto Networks is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Engineer to drive post‑sales success for enterprise customers. You will work closely with clients to resolve complex security challenges, translating highly technical issues into clear business terms.

In this remote role, you will lead root-cause analyses, plan upgrades, and conduct quarterly business reviews while maintaining rigorous documentation and customer advocacy across cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German, Italian, or French.
• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience.
• Expertise in TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technologies with routing protocols.
• Experience with Remote Access VPN including IPSEC, PKI & SSL.
• Ability to debug complex networks across OSI layers.
• Knowledge of IPv6, NAT, SNMP, and routing protocols.
• Proficiency with Wireshark and GNS3.
• Familiarity with LDAP, TACACS+, Radius.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert-level technical assistance to top-tier customers with in-depth troubleshooting and best-practice implementation.
• Own support cases from initiation to resolution, including multi-vendor troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Drive quarterly business reviews, risk mitigation, and proactive release planning.
• Identify defects through lab replication and testing with Engineering and QA teams.
• Contribute to knowledge base with technical bulletins and troubleshooting guides.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to resolve critical issues.
