Palo Alto Networks seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Focused Services in Madrid. This on-site role supports top-tier customers with post-sales challenges, delivering expert analysis, planning, and executive communication to ensure secure environments.

You will own cases, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate with Engineering and QA for improvements, while traveling as needed to customer sites to expedite resolutions.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience.
• Expertise in TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technologies, routing protocols, and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with Remote Access VPN solutions (IPsec, PKI & SSL).
• Ability to debug complex networks across OSI layers.
• Proficiency with Wireshark and GNS3.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux; scripting in Python or Shell is a plus.
• BS in CS or related field or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage post-sales support cases from start to resolution.
• Provide root-cause analysis and release planning.
• Communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security posture.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
