Palo Alto Networks in Madrid is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with deep network security expertise to drive customer success in complex post‑sales scenarios. You will analyze multi‑vendor network issues, perform root-cause investigations, and propose practical, field‑ready solutions.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience.
• Expertise in TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technologies; routing protocols.
• Experience with Remote Access VPN (IPsec, PKI, SSL).
• Ability to debug complex networks across OSI layers.
• Proficiency with Wireshark/GNS3 for troubleshooting.
• Strong communication to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours.
• BS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert-level technical assistance to top-tier customers.
• Own cases end-to-end across multi-vendor troubleshooting.
• Communicate solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account, Sales, and Marketing for customer experience.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and account reviews.
• Identify product defects via lab replication and testing.
• File bug reports and contribute to test plans.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to knowledge base with bulletins and guides.
• Provide rapid support including on-site visits when needed.
