Job summary

Adobe Madrid is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Account Executive – Professional Services to own the sales strategy and execution for key customers, including territory and account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

You will shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital marketing consultancy offering end-to-end capabilities, negotiating engagements and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure value realization and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of sales experience in Services/Consulting.
• Skilled in sales planning, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience negotiating consulting engagements and contracts.
• Knowledge of custom consulting and subscription services.
• Strong relationships at C-level and across business units.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Understanding of digital marketing and related domains.
• Experience in value-based selling and contract management.
• Ability to leverage internal resources and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales strategy and execution for key Adobe customers in Madrid.
• Develop territory and account plans, manage pipeline and forecast.
• Shape Adobe Customer Solutions into a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities.
