ING España&Portugal is seeking a Senior Customer Growth Strategist to drive data-driven growth across products, channels and journeys. The role combines hands-on analysis with strategic thinking to identify opportunities, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and shape commercial priorities.

You will work with Product, Digital Sales, Campaign Management, Marketing, Finance and Analytics to optimize customer engagement and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities through data analysis and commercial performance assessment.
• Significant experience in customer strategy, growth, and CRM or related areas.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to present insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer development strategy to increase engagement and long-term customer value.
• Identify growth opportunities across lifecycle and translate into strategic priorities and investments.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze customer, campaign, behavioural, product and financial data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead growth strategies across products and customer segments to maximize value and revenue.
