Job summary

ING is seeking an Expert Lead for Customers & Data Architecture in Madrid. You will lead a team of architects with expertise in customer, data, AI, KYC and marketing, translating business requirements into an information architecture and guiding the tech landscape to align with strategy.

You will co-create architectural designs, define target architecture and roadmaps, and ensure consistency with the bank's strategy while collaborating with Tribe Leads and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in architecture teams.
• 3+ years of managerial experience within an agile organization.
• Fluent English both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customers & Data Architecture team, guiding and developing its members.
• Define technology strategy and reference architecture.
• Co-create and define architectural designs across horizons and ensure coherence with business strategy.
