Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise apps) across Straumann’s Global Business Applications team. The role emphasizes leadership in CSV, adherence to GxP standards, and collaboration with IT and QA to ensure compliant delivery.

The position is based in Madrid/Wroclaw with a hybrid schedule offering two remote days per week, and involves global CSV governance and training activities for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11
• Experience with regulated environments and documentation best practices

Responsibilities

• Validate and review SDLC documentation with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and maintain compliance
• Define and drive Test Management for SAP, S/4HANA and other major applications
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance, and IT to align deliverables
• Lead local CSV/QA reps to meet global requirements
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and test approaches
• Coordinate with SAP and other business apps stakeholders across the organization
