Job summary

Fever is seeking a CRM Marketing professional to own end-to-end CRM strategy, leveraging email, push, and in-app channels. You will analyze customer data, drive targeted communications, and optimize retention using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing/CRM, SQL/AMPScript skills, and fluent English. Madrid-based, hybrid work with a central office and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and related programming languages.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach and A/B testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation of customer data to craft end-to-end CRM strategies across channels (email, push, in-app).
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention tactics.
• Support campaign setup and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define success metrics and own weekly/monthly reporting and deep dives.
