A leading marketing firm in Madrid seeks a CX Strategist to enhance Marketing Automation strategies. This role includes analyzing customer segmentation for Email Marketing, coordinating workflows for campaigns, and proposing A/B tests to boost performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM platforms and a strong understanding of digital marketing across various channels, while also working closely with teams to ensure the effectiveness of retention strategies. Formación

• Experience in planning and executing Marketing Automation strategies with proven success cases.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across all channels, including SEO, Paid Media, UX.
• Advanced level of English. Proficiency in another language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and define customer segmentation for Email Marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign workflow from creatives to campaigns delivery.
• Propose and execute A/B tests to validate user behavior and improve performance.
