ZEAL Network SE is looking for a CRM Technical Expert to join its Marketing Department in Madrid. In this role, you'll define and execute CRM strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and support data-driven decision-making.

With at least 5 years of CRM experience, strong knowledge of SQL, HTML, and communication skills in both English and Spanish, you'll help optimize engagement and conversion strategies. The position offers a hybrid work model and unlimited vacation days.

Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing CRM online.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in managing large databases and data quality control.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Create and optimize automated email marketing campaigns.
• Design newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS.
• Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Report on CRM campaign performances for continuous improvement.
