Valsea invites an experienced Senior CRM Manager – Sports to lead data-driven CRM initiatives across markets, with a primary focus on Canada and Tier 2 markets. You’ll partner with Head of CRM and cross-functional teams to design and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.

Based in Marbella with hybrid work, you’ll own calendars, analyze performance, and drive engagement and lifetime value for Sports and Casino products, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality delivery.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of CRM experience in online gaming, sports betting, or fast-paced digital industries.
• Experience setting up automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to CRM strategy and execution for Sports markets, focusing on Canada.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Email, SMS, Telegram, Inbox, On-site, and more.
• Develop market-specific CRM calendars aligned with objectives and lifecycle stages.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Optimize customer journeys, segmentation, offers, and communications.
• Collaborate with Casino, Product, Marketing, VIP, Acquisition, Design and Data teams to deliver campaigns.
• Coordinate CRM activities across departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify customer opportunities and improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Support planning and execution of promotions and major events.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve ROI.
