Valsea Technology in Marbella, Spain, seeks a Project Coordinator to own delivery of high-priority initiatives from kickoff through launch and post-launch monitoring.

You’ll translate product scope into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and unblock teams daily while collaborating with engineering, CRM, payments, compliance, and marketing. The role emphasizes hands-on execution and clear communication with executives.

Formación

• 3+ years delivering cross-functional technical or product initiatives.
• Ability to influence without formal authority through clarity and relationships.
• Strong judgment on blockers vs. noise in statuses.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners/Managers.
• Proven ability to write status reports and risk analyses.
• Proficient in creating/maintaining Gantt charts and dependencies (Jira, Monday, Asana, MS Project).
• Prior iGaming experience (casino or sports betting) with knowledge of platforms, CRM/gamification, payments, compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution plan for assigned initiatives from kickoff to go-live and post-launch monitoring.
• Translate scope/priority into milestones, sequencing, owners, and dependencies.
• Identify and clear blockers daily; escalate risks before delays.
• Run project operating rhythm: standups, check-ins, single source of truth on status.
• Coordinate across engineering, compliance, CRM, payments, content, design without direct ownership.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing Lead on relevant initiatives; maintain ongoing partnership.
• Flag scope creep, timeline risk, or resourcing gaps early with options.
• Maintain a clear record of decisions to avoid relitigating debates.
• Run post-launch retros and feed lessons into future initiatives.
• Produce concise status updates for non-technical stakeholders/execs.
