Valsea in Marbella, Spain, is hiring a Product Manager focused on user engagement across a multi-brand platform. You will own incentives, retention, and loyalty features while partnering with CRM, marketing, design, and engineering to deliver measurable engagement and long-term value.

You will drive end-to-end wallet experiences, promotions, and gamification, with a hybrid work model and a collaborative, international team.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience in relevant domains.
• Direct experience with bonusing, cashback, or gamification mechanics.
• Track record of improving player engagement and retention.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Smartico, Optimove).
• Strong analytical skills and KPI/retention data literacy.
• Experience leading an engineering team and owning delivery.
• Knowledge of AB testing methodologies and collaboration with testers.
• Excellent stakeholder management across product, CRM, compliance, and games teams.
• UI/UX-focused mindset to drive feature merchandising and adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own roadmap for incentives, retention, and loyalty across multi-brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with CRM/lifecycle marketing to translate needs into product requirements.
• Design and prioritize AB tests on incentive mechanics and retention flows.
• Model economic implications of promotions and reward systems.
• Own wallet, balance, redemption logic, and user-facing UX.
• Promote feature discoverability through UI placement and promotions.
• Lead integration with Smartico CRM and ensure reliable wiring into the platform.
• Define success metrics for retention initiatives and report on them.
• Lead a dedicated dev team: write specs, prioritize backlog, run sprints.
• Coordinate with compliance/legal on promotional regulatory constraints.
