Valsea IT is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery of high-priority initiatives from kickoff to launch and post-launch monitoring. You will coordinate with product, engineering, CRM, payments, and compliance to unblock teams and ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing execution plans, milestones, risk analyses, and stakeholder updates, with a hybrid office setup in Marbella area.

Formación

• 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery of technical or product initiatives.
• Ability to drive execution without formal authority through clarity and relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineers and executives.
• Experience writing clear status reports and risk analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution plan for an assigned initiative from kickoff through go-live and post-launch monitoring.
• Translate scope and priority into a working plan with milestones, sequencing, owners and dependencies.
• Identify and clear blockers daily; escalate risks before delays.
• Run the operating rhythm: standups, check-ins, and status updates.
