Merkle, part of the dentsu network, is hiring in Barcelona to lead design, customization and optimisation of the CRM platform with advanced analytics and scalable solutions. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and act as SME in client work for international projects.

Location-based in Barcelona, the role emphasises collaboration across a global team, agile delivery, and continuous improvement with modern CRM stacks.

Formación

• Experience implementing scalable, maintainable CRM solutions (backend and frontend).
• Min. 4 years leading CRM projects and related data analytics.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex CRM issues and guide peers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of complex digital CRM solutions.
• Customise and optimise CRM platforms and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure architectural integrity across the lifecycle.
• Develop architecture documentation and participate in planning.
• Drive continuous improvement within the development team.
• Act as SME for pitches and client work.
• Contribute to team vision and strategy.
