Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is expanding its Marketing Practice in Madrid. We seek a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to design and implement marketing automation across touchpoints, optimize customer journeys, and advise on martech solutions.

You will work on cloud architecture, data management, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem, delivering measurable impact for brands across industries.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience designing and delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
• Strong background in database management and automation software.
• Experience with AMPscript is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, create, and recommend marketing automation and martech solutions.
• Analyze marketing automation implementations and high-level architecture.
• Implement cloud marketing architecture and automate customer journeys.
• Document processes and monitor system performance metrics.
