Job summary

The role requires implementing and controlling programs, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity, and advising leadership with data-driven insights.

The candidate will manage wage systems, incentive plans, benefits, and policy updates, collaborating with payroll and providing regular cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role.
• Knowledge in salary data analysis and market studies.
• Familiarity with labor and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• High level of English.
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and proactivity.
• Strong organization and focus on continuous improvement.
• Mastery of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
