Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands portfolio to recruit top talent. We are seeking an Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition) based in Spain to drive candidate outreach, qualification, and scheduling with speed and accuracy.

You will work remotely with a global team, using Airtable and ClickUp to track leads, meet KPIs, and continuously improve outreach processes. This role offers a flexible freelance arrangement and potential career growth into leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, recruiting, staffing or appointment setting.
• Excellent written English with professional tone.
• Able to manage many conversations daily.
• Strong organization and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms with personalized outreach.
• Manage inbound replies and maintain inbox zero daily.
• Qualify candidates through chat/short calls.
• Schedule qualified candidates into calendars.
• Track leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or other systems.
• Use automated and manual outreach to maintain strong response rates.
• Meet KPIs for response times, booked calls, and qualified conversations.
• Keep recruitment pipelines accurate and organized.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Interview Managers.
• Report to Head of Fulfillment and suggest process improvements.
