T-Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public in Spain. You will lead strategic account development, advise clients on cloud usage, and foster long-term partnerships while driving adoption and satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally; fluency in English is essential. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.
• Good knowledge of cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Good knowledge and experience in AI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with market-relevant cloud ecosystems and partners.
• Knowledge of cloud offerings (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of T Cloud Public services to customers.
• Advise customers on initial use and ongoing cloud optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell to increase value for customers.
• Collaborate with vertical squads and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to planning, forecasting and impedance management processes.
• Support ongoing development of customer success management for T Cloud Public.
