Job summary
Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager: New Business based in Spain. You will identify, validate, and develop new commercial opportunities beyond an established energy management platform, taking ownership from market research and prototyping to securing first paying customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in power/energy markets with strategic/business development exposure.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong network across UK/European power markets and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Identify, validate and pursue new business opportunities adjacent to the energy management platform.
- Conduct market research via expert interviews and industry analysis to understand needs and potential.
- Develop hypotheses and test with prototypes and product demonstrations using AI tools.
- Lead early-stage sales and secure first paying customers for test products.
- Prepare robust business cases for opportunities and present to executives.
- Support sales of existing platform and explore complementary offerings.
