Visa is seeking a Senior Consultant, Client Success Manager in Spain to manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of clients. You will drive client success by expanding usage, enabling new capabilities, and guiding growth initiatives with Sales and Product teams.

Responsibilities include leading implementation, aligning with client success plans, and delivering revenue impact through optimized product adoption.

Formación

• Experience in a customer success role in financial services, payment cards, software or information services industries.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating teams to maximise adoption and time-to-value.
• Build and sustain a trusted client advocate status with key stakeholders through Client Success Plans.
• Lead initiatives to improve client adoption and use of Visa self-service tools.
• Stay current with local market trends, payment processing trends, and Visa solutions to provide client value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and optimize performance.
