Job summary

Enfuce in Spain is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with key accounts, drive expansion, and act as a trusted commercial advisor across onboarding, delivery, product, and finance teams.

You will mentor peers, shape best practices, and influence decisions to maximize customer value and long-term retention in a fast-paced, global payments environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior CSM or similar client-facing role in payments/fintech.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with key clients to drive revenue and retention.
• Act as the lead commercial advisor for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews aligning KPIs, ROI and future opportunities.
• Monitor customer health signals and mitigate risk with data-informed strategies.
