Job summary

Asenium Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a client’s Customer Success and Marketing transformation programmes. You will help employees adopt new processes, platforms and ways of working, working closely with stakeholders and the Programme Manager.

The role covers change planning, communications, training and adoption measurement across global teams. Excellent English, strong facilitation skills and experience with CRM or Salesforce are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organisational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business and digital transformation programmes.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training and adoption measurement.
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce or related platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Change planning and impact assessment: contribute to change management strategy and detail change plans.
• Communications: develop plans and tailor campaigns for audiences; create messages, FAQs, and stories.
• Training and enablement: support training needs assessments and deployment of learning resources.
• Adoption and continuous improvement: define readiness/adoption indicators and report progress; support post-go-live adoption.
