Job summary

Share PLM is a specialist transformation consultancy seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant with a strong understanding of technology-led change in engineering or manufacturing. You will plan and facilitate workshops, assess readiness, and develop strategies and change narratives to help clients adopt new systems and ways of working.

You will translate complex changes into clear messages, produce client deliverables, and build trusted relationships while contributing to wider project

Qualifications

Share PLM is a specialist transformation consultancy helping engineering and manufacturing organisations make complex digital change work for their people.

We partner with clients delivering PLM, Digital Thread and wider engineering transformation initiatives. By combining transformation strategy, organisational change, communication and learning, we help organisations embed new systems, processes and ways of working successfully.

As Share PLM continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Transformation Consultant with a strong understanding of technology-led change within engineering or manufacturing environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and facilitating engaging workshops with stakeholders at all levels
• Conducting stakeholder, change impact and readiness assessments
• Developing transformation strategies, vision statements and change narratives
• Creating communication, engagement and learning plans
• Supporting leaders and teams as they adopt new systems and ways of working

What we’re looking for:

• A university degree in engineering, business, management or another relevant field
• Demonstrable experience working on digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting or leading organisational change within complex technology implementations
• Strong workshop design and facilitation skills
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• The ability to understand complex systems and processes and translate them into practical change activities
• A structured, proactive and adaptable approach
• Professional fluency in English
