Accenture in Spain is seeking a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale transformation programs for international clients. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, build capabilities, and accelerate adoption through effective change management, communications, learning, and business readiness strategies.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create professional presentations and communication materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in team-based and international environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools; exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is a strong asset.
Analytical skills to measure adoption; Power BI experience is a plus.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
Spanish or any other language is a plus.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality client deliverables and project documentation.
Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Support project governance, reporting, action logs, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with business, HR, technology, and project teams in multicultural environments.
Conduct research, analyze stakeholder feedback, and support adoption risk assessment.
Assist in tracking communication, training, and adoption metrics.
Contribute to proposal development and knowledge-sharing activities.
