Job summary

Asenium Consulting is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a client’s Customer Success and Marketing transformation programmes. You will help employees adopt new processes, platforms and ways of working, working closely with stakeholders and the Programme Manager.

The role covers change planning, communications, training and adoption measurement across global teams. Excellent English, strong facilitation skills and experience with CRM or Salesforce are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organisational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale business and digital transformation programmes.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training and adoption measurement.
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce or related platforms is highly desirable.

Change Management Consultant — Customer Success & Marketing Transformation

Asenium is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a client’s Customer Success and Marketing transformation programmes.

You will help employees adopt new business processes, platforms and ways of working. Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and the Programme Manager, you will turn transformation objectives into practical engagement, communication, training and adoption activities.

Your responsibilities

Change planning and impact assessment

• Contribute to the change management strategy and maintain detailed change plans.
• Assess how new processes and platforms affect business functions and user groups.
• Conduct readiness assessments and identify actions needed to prepare teams for change.
• Map impacted stakeholders and develop targeted engagement plans.
• Build relationships with business representatives and support sponsorship alignment.
• Facilitate discussions to understand concerns, gather feedback and address adoption barriers.

Communications

• Develop communication plans and deliver campaigns tailored to different audiences.
• Create change narratives, key messages, FAQs, presentations and success stories.
• Coordinate communication activities with the Programme Change Manager.

Training and enablement

• Support training needs assessments.
• Coordinate the preparation and deployment of training activities.
• Ensure users have access to relevant learning resources.

Adoption and continuous improvement

• Define and track readiness and adoption indicators.
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting on change progress.
• Identify adoption risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Support post-go-live adoption and continuous improvement.

Your experience

• At least 5 years of experience in organisational change management.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale business and digital transformation programmes.
• Practical expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training and adoption measurement.
• Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt messages for executives, managers and end users.

Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce or related platforms is highly desirable.

Your contribution will help teams understand the changes, prepare for implementation and sustainably adopt new tools and processes. Success will be assessed through stakeholder engagement, training deployment, readiness indicators and progress against business adoption objectives.
