The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience with UML/BPMN and Agile/Scrum.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
• Proven experience eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and system analysis.
• Proficiency using UML and BPMN methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams; CBAP/CCBA a plus.

Aufgaben

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements using various techniques.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and align with project goals.
