Julius Baer is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and design improvements that enhance performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define scope and ensure deliverables meet business needs, with a focus on enabling the Scrum team to achieve objectives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making within a global, distributed environment.

Responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance. Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
