Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term freelance contract. The role is fully remote anywhere in Europe.

You will drive a global transformation, standardising processes across international teams to be scalable and fit-for-purpose, while simplifying legacy workflows and improving client experience. Key responsibilities include mapping end-to-end processes, enhancing automation and data quality, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to deliver standardised solutions

You will support a large scale global transformation following a major organisational restructure. This role will focus on improving and standardising business processes across international teams, ensuring they are fit for purpose, scalable and effectively implemented.

You will help simplify legacy processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver a more consistent client experience globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, model and improve end-to-end business processes, ensuring designs are successfully implemented.


• Identify opportunities to improve automation, business rules, data quality and process centralisation.


• Optimise the scheduling and allocation of surveyors to client requests.


• Enhance client touchpoints and the overall client journey, including the client portal.


• Understand how data flows between different sources and into Salesforce, supporting improved integration and consistency.


• Work closely with global stakeholders to address regional differences and deliver effective, standardised solutions.

About You

• Experienced in large-scale business transformation and process improvement.


• Proven ability to take process designs from initial concept through to successful implementation.


• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and curious, with the ability to investigate complex scenarios and identify underlying issues.


• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and working across global teams.


• Able to balance detailed process analysis with a broader strategic perspective.


• Knowledgeable about data flows, data integration, or common data models, ideally within a Salesforce environment.
