Job summary

YunoJuno Limited in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive front-end projects from the ground up, shaping customer experiences and journeys for multiple user personas. You will document BPMs, gather functional requirements, and align stakeholders from various backend systems for a unified platform.

Collaborate with business, operations, product and technology teams in an agile/hybrid environment to ensure delivery that meets strategic objectives and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior BA in customer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience in BPM modeling and complex system integrations.

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead exploratory phases of new front-end projects, defining the customer experience and journeys for distinct user personas.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand customer-facing requirements and strategic objectives.
• Document current Business Process Models (BPM) and elicit business and functional requirements with full traceability to final delivery.
• Map and define customer journeys, user stories, process flows, and user experience requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery through integrated digital solutions.
• Ensure all requirements align with business objectives, operational processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Act as the primary liaison to align stakeholders representing different backend systems for integration.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, process reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, training materials, and user guides.
• Present recommendations, analysis, and solution options to both business and technical audiences.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in exploratory project phases, BPM modeling, and customer-facing digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to define, document, and deliver customer-centric solutions. This role is highly focused on initiating front-end projects from the ground up, defining the customer experience across multiple user personas, documenting current Business Process Models (BPM), and aligning stakeholders from various backend systems that will integrate into a single unified front-end platform.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst focused on customer-facing digital platforms, emphasizing exploratory and project initiation phases.
• Demonstrated expertise in BPM (Business Process Management) modeling, requirements gathering, and analyzing complex system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to lead workshops, influence, collaborate, and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with business and technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial service systems.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
